PATTERN-MAKING
LCB Company designs handbags and small leather goods with four CAD workstations and its own expert pattern-makers, ensuring a fast development of all paper patterns to the client.
PROTOTYPING AND R&D
Followed by our expert technical team, the client will see their idea brought to life, from the first prototype to the final realization of the entire collection. LCB Company takes care of prototypes and their development at first hand.

INDUSTRIALIZATION & PRODUCTION
Right after the creation of the samples a qualified production team of technicians works on the optimization of each item in order to improve both the object’s look and the achievement of the target price requested by the client. Successively, based on the specific request, it is time to decide where such items should be produced.
QUALITY CONTROL
Every single item undergoes a quality control, step by step, starting from checking the quality of materials to the actual production, and the internally controlled product packaging phase. Finally, it is shipped to the client.
